My Covid-19 Experience | 8 Wellness Tips

My 8 wellness tips to help fight Covid-19.
Wellness Tip 1. Hydration: make sure to drink 72 ounces of water a day
Wellness Tip #2. Keep warm: make sure to keep covered (i.e. blankets, long sleeves, sweat pants)
Wellness Tip #3. Hygiene: make sure to keep to your shower routine, keep you clothes, bed sheets and pillow case clean.
Wellness Tip #4. Don’t Push It: listen to your body, take a nap, eat when hungry, don’t let media devices keep you from your recovery.
Wellness Tip #5. Nasal Spray: consult your doctor on whether an over the counter flonase is right for you
Wellness Tip #6. Vitamin D: consult your doctor on the dosage, me personally use 125 mcg (5,000 international units)
Wellness Tip #7. Vapo Rub: use vapo rub under your nose, on your chest and on the soft spot on the bottom of your foot.
Wellness Tip #8. Humidifier: use either a vaporizer (warm-mist) or cool-mist at night and when napping

As of December 19th, I received news that my recent Covid-19 test came back positive.

This video and following videos will document my covid-19 experience and the tips and tricks that I learn on the way.

I want to make sure to encourage all who watch this video to consult their primary care doctor on items highlighted within my 8 wellness tips.

Each person will experience different symptoms and therefore everyone should consult their primary care doctor before starting treatment.

The tips covered in this video are specific to my experience and may vary for each individual.
