Hi everyone, It’s been my Day 3 for my quarantine and cannot believe that I have been facing another challenge in my life. I only know that God will always lead me and help me in so many ways especially to this times of pandemic. Just wanna share to you all some Exercise Tips to do during your quarantine times and how to help yourself fight COVID.

There’s a lot of ways to exercise to circulate the blood in your body, make your lungs healthy especially the respiratory system… If you have thread mill, use it even only for 5 mins, of course, go outside and take some fresh air, walk and get Vitamin D thru the Sun at least 30 minutes under the sun. Stay healthy, eat a lot of fruits and drink plenty of liquids all the time.
