Had to take advantage of the gorgeous day we had this week and supplement my workout with some vitamin D🌻

When I wrote this workout I was like alright cool cool let’s knock this out…but let me TELL YOU🤯 that sun beating down on you makes it 10X harder

☀️DB Thrusters:4×12
☀️Lunge + Lateral Raise:3×12 (6/leg)
☀️Walk Out + Push-up:3×12
☀️Knees to Jump Squat:3×15(I was not expecting these to burn like they did😅)
☀️Lunge + Kick Back:4×15(each leg)
☀️Weighted Sit Ups:3×20
☀️Burpees:4×20

You can do this with or without weight! Pick your poison and smash it😜
