Nutrition 19 | Water Soluble Vitamins 1 – Introduction

Introduction to the water soluble vitamins, which includes vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), vitamin B6, vitamin B7 (biotin), vitamin B9 (folate), and vitamin B12 (cobalamin). The next 9 or so videos will cover the biosynthesis of all these vitamins.
