3 HEALTHY SMOOTHIES TO KICKSTART YOUR DAY! || NUTRITION AND TASTE!

Smoothies are a convenient way to boost your intake of fruits and vegetables and they add a lot of fiber to your body! They are an excellent source of vitamins and will help you in gaining nutrients and making you less hungry!
In this video I have shown three healthy,tasty and easy smoothies to add to your diet and kick start your day!
1. PINK SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
2 Bananas (preferably frozen)
1/4 Beetroot
8-10 Basil leaves
5- 7 cashew nuts (soaked)
200 ml coconut milk
1 tbsp cranberries (soaked)
Blend all into a paste , garnish with Chia seeds, berries or nuts and enjoy!

2. SUPER GREEN SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
1 Banana ( Frozen)
1/2 Apple
10-12 Spinach leaves
1 Cup green grapes
7 Cashew nuts (soaked)
4 Dates (deseeded)
1 Tbsp Flax seed
1/4 cup Water
Blend into a paste and pour in a smoothie bowl. Garnish with some black raisins and Enjoy!

3. AVOCADO THUNDER
Ingredients
1 ripe Avacado
1 ripe Chikoo or Sapota
4-5 dates(deseeded)
Handful of chopped mint leaves
400 ml milk
Blend in a blender and garnish with walnut pieces and Enjoy!
