Bobbi Brown Vitamin enriched Face base Dupe?
Hiya all,
I couldn’t resist trying this primer having read several reviews likening it to Bobbi Browns vitamin enriched face base. I love the name.

comparison summary
Similarities
1. Felt the same on my face
2. No difference in wear test
3. Smell almost identical (lemony smell)
4. Jars are similar shape
5. Both have vitamin E , glycerin and Shea butter in and dimethicone (skin smoothing)
6. Both have skin calming ingredients : yeast in BB and lactobacillus ferment in LA
Differences
1. Price BB £45 for 50 ml LA £15 for 25g . Please note that due to the fact that one is described in weight and other in terms of amount of liquid, I can’t confirm they are the same amount.
2. BB has squalane and hyaluronic acid in it which LA does not . BB’s also has a water soluble form of vitamin C in which is not in the LA although it’s very low down on the list of ingredients
3. Both have dimethicone (skin smoothing) but CA is higher on the list.
4. LA describes her primer as mattifying BB does not. However I would not describe either product as mattifying .
5. BB describes her cream as vitamin enriched although LA doesn’t
