I am not denying that taking right medication won’t help, but staying healthy and keep our immune system healthy is something become our own responsibility. Our immune system is made up of cells, tissues, organs, and the substances they make that helps the body fight infections and other diseases.
And there are few daily home workouts that makes our immune system strong and that help out body to fight with external viruses such corona virus or COVID-19.
