Ultimate Body Works Concept 2 Total Body Workout

Not really an interval workout, but in this workout I utilize a Concept 2 Indoor Rower for short bursts (200m) to work legs and posterior chain along with my Weider Ultimate Body Works (or Total Gym). These two machine really compliment each other not just in function, but also in in the way they can be broken down and stored.

Workout (After each Total Gym Exercise, row (200m) or choose another leg dominate cardio device at a higher intensity for less than 60 seconds.

Also as I mention in the video, if any of you have any recommendations for good workout headphones I can get on Amazon please let me know!
