Hair Loss in Women|Thinning Hair, Hormonal Hair Loss, Stress Hair Loss|Will Hair Grow Back?

First things first – I am just touching on this topic and I am not a dermatologist or physician, but I am a therapist and know that thinning hair and hair loss can be related to stress and hormone disruption, and many times, women can self-correct this with self-care strategies like supplements, specific oils, massage, and stress reduction.
I do not claim that these are cures but I have seen results and I’m giving my personal opinion on personal results.

I understand that your hair thinning or hair loss can alter how you see yourself, how you show yourself to the world and it may domino into your personal, romantic, professional and external worlds… there are ways to emotionally cope but perhaps while doing so, address some other areas.
Note that all of the suggestions I give are either vegan or natural, all of them have some level of scientific proof.

Fingers vs Fascia Blaster
Your fingers are sensitive and while you might think you are giving even pressure, you probably won’t be. Also, even short nails can tear and break the hair strands or skin just at the follicle, potentially damaging the uppermost area of the follicle.

Plans moving forward:
I will continue the Young Living hormonal applications and my fascia release.
I will continue supplementation as all of the additions are great for stress and we are knee-deep as I write this in the winter of 2020.
The areas I might let go of are the topical vegamour, but I will probably do this once a month because why not and, it helps my hair for sure, as it helped immediate softness (which isn’t possible with anything else used).

How to:
I find that for premenopausal it’s best to use for three weeks then one week off (at the same time). Post Menopausal, use sparingly but all the days 🙂
