In this video we will dive into a study that looked at variable dosing strategies of Ivermectin for COVID-19. This was a multicenter, double blinded, placebo controlled trial that looked at hospitalized patients with COVID-19. They had 6 different treatment arms (1) HCQ (standard care at the time), (2) Placebo, (3-6) Variable Doses of Ivermectin. We will discuss the study structure and setup and then dive into their results. They found that the Ivermectin groups had lower mortality and shorter hospital length of stay.
