OVERNIGHT OATS:

This Overnight oats recipe is a way of boosting your fiber intake, high in vitamin B helps boost brain function, and contains a healthy amount of carbohydrates and vitamins that will help to boost your metabolism but also help you to feel full thought your morning. The chia seeds are also rich in antioxidants and omega 3.

1/2 cup of Gluten-Free Oats
1 cup of Almond Milk
1 1/2 tsp of Chia Seeds
3 Tbsp dairy-free yogurt
1 to 2 Tbsp of raw honey (optional)

Mix together and leave in the fridge overnight, then top it with fruit/nuts, etc.

OVERNIGHT CHIA PUD:

This recipe is a tasty but healthy immune booster and viral fighter, it’s a low-calorie breakfast but with a high source of fiber and is rich in antioxidants and high in Omega 3.

1/2 cup of Chia Seeds
1 cup of Almond or coconut milk (I used coconut)
1/4 cup of cacao powder (this is optional, however, if you use cocoa powder instead of cacao it will lose its health benefits and may contain dairy/milk.)
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 to 2 Tbsp of raw honey (optional)

SMOOTHIE BOWL:

This recipe is another immune booster, it will provide a balanced breakfast, filled with healthy ingredients that are rich in vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants. It will also help you to feel fuller for longer.

2 cups of Frozen berry mix
1 fresh or frozen banana
3 Tbsp of Hemp protein powder or any plant-based protein (optional)
1 cup of almond milk or non-dairy milk
1 to 2 Tbsp of raw honey (optional)

Toppings: I topped mine with; frozen berries, walnuts, mixed seeds & dried fruit, flaxseed, banana, and Kiwi, however, you can top it with any kinds of fruits, nuts, seeds, etc.
