Ending the Mini Cut with a 2 day +500g Reefed!

With the lockdown now over I have a ton of footage to share with you guys on the first week back to the gyms!

My average weight is now 74kg from the previous 76.6kg average! The Mini Cut went successful and I will continue to update you on training and physique progress!

Currently I am looking the best I ever have with some with post cut rebound going very well! A patient and gradul increase in calories was then followed by the unexpected mini cut. However, now I am sitting around maintenance calories and will look again to be patient and slowly add calories back in over the weeks to come!

A lot of content to edit down! I will continue to get it out as soon as I can for you guys!
