As a Pharmacist I get a lot of questions about vitamins and supplements. More recently there has been a shift into patients looking for clean, sustainable and vegan supplements, and unfortunately a lot of the vitamins in the market do not meet this criteria. I did some research and came across the brand Future Kind, developed by 2 brothers and certified plant based nutritionists. After reading the reviews I needed to give these supplements a try, and I’m happy to report back that they are great!
