Sunlight is the most essential tool when it comes to building your Immunity. Research has time and again stated that sunlight exposure is critical to our health. In recent studies, it has also shown that patience with poor Vitamin D levels had 27% fatality rates as compared to patience with higher levels of Vit D. The body can easily synthesise VIT-D with sunlight. Sitting in the morning sun, or talking morning walks, or even sun bathing are simple ways to add this glorious vitamin into your routine and benefit immensely.
