THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC: HOW MEDITATION BOOSTS THE IMMUNE SYSTEM? (A GUIDE BY MAJED G TAIFOUR)

In this video, I attempt to answer the question: “How does meditation reinforce the immune system against Covid-19?”

A Harvard study recently found that meditation improves memory, lowers blood pressure and heart rate, and can help with depression. More importantly, meditation, yoga, and breathing help strengthen the immune system of the human body, especially during those horrifying Coronavirus pandemic times.

The video provides you with the practical tools you need to shield yourself from the virus by transporting yourself to an expanded state of awareness through meditation. In it, I provide you with an effective, very easy, yet very powerful mantra that you can repeat effortlessly, quietly and silently to reach deeper states of consciousness and achieve immunity against viruses, in addition to happiness, calmness and blissfulness.

Also, I will teach you the special breathing technique, known in the Sanskrit language as “pranayama”, which begins in your abdomen and torso, and then moves in and out of your nose. This breathing technique is extremely important to practice in order for you to detox your body from harmful viruses and other psychosomatic diseases.

As the founder of the Transcendental Re-engineering meditation technique, I am aware of the profound physiological and psychological changes that take place when we meditate.

Researchers confirm that.

An instrument called EEG records mental activity. When the mind moves from one thought to another, EEG registers rapid lines known as beta waves. When the mind calms down through meditation, EEG shows waves that are smoother and slower. They’re called alpha waves.

As meditation deepens, brain activity decreases further. And EEG registers an even smoother, slower pattern of activity called theta waves.

Although lower blood pressure and an enhanced immune system are some of the benefits noted by research studies, meditation has been known for its ability to manage stress, reduce anxiety and lessen depression.

On a much deeper level, it adds to the quality of life, not by helping you obtain what you need, but by allowing you to get rid of what you don’t need.
