Comes with 500 tablets with a 1000 IU which is a lot. I called Jamieson and they told me they source their D3 from sheep coatings when the sheep are still alive, they basically just get haircuts she said.
If you live in Canada supplementing Vitamin D is a must. I take 3 a day in the morning after a meal.
Small and easy to swallow, no taste, and great quantity for the price!!

I love this product, and the value is great. I live in Canada, so in the winter season we do not receive too much sunlight. Plus, it’s not like I always go outside every single day. These come in handy for those reasons.
