Easy 15 Min Ultimate Body Works (Total Gym) Workout / Rant

I almost didn’t post this video, but I thought it might be worth showing that even in 15 minutes you can get a worthwhile workout that would be better than nothing using a Weider Ultimate Body Works or Total Gym.
