Simple solution: Eat vitamin A, and you get that with just a bite of liver. Cod-liver oil, beef liver or even liver paté. You can have it in your stew, or just as a bite on the side. Do not over-eat vitamin A though! It’s easier to overdo than vitamin D that is very hard to overdose.
