Immunity booster tea | Covid 19 immunity booster tea | Ayurvedic immunity tea | Treasure foodzz

Tresure foodzz is design for fooding. In this channel you can find unique recipe that can not be seen ever. You can find exact measurement for ingredient during making of food. I m sure if you will make food by following procedure of my channel you will get exact yield as you watch in my channel.

Ingredients:
– 1 tsp Black tea
– 4-5 Ginger slice
– Tulsi leaves (Basil)
– 2 sticks Cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp Black pepper
– Jaggery (Grated)
– Mint leaves
– 6-7 Lemongrass leaves
– 4 cardamom
– Lemon juice

Making Process:
Immunity booster tea:
– Take tea bowl and add 1 tsp Black tea and boil it.
– Then add 2 slice cinnamon, 1/2 tsp Black pepper boil it till reddish brown colour appear and volume remain 1/2 cup.
– When reddish brown colour appear and volume remain 1/2 cup, add 1/2 cup full fat milk and boil it.
– Then add 4-5 slice Ginger and Tulsi leaves.
– Turn off gas flame and add jaggery after 1 minute as per required test.
– Immunity booster tea is ready.

Digestive tea:
– Take tea bowl and add 1 tsp Black tea and boil it.
– Add 4 pieces Cardamom and 2 slice cinnamon and boil it till reddish brown colour appear and get fragrance of malasa.
– Then turn off gas flame and add lemon juice.
– Digestive tea is ready. It is also called sulemani tea in south india.

Energetic tea:
– Take tea bowl and add 1 tsp Black tea and boil it till volume remain 1/2 cup and reddish brown colour appear.
– Then Add 1/2 Cup full fat milk.
– when emerge tea add 6-7 lemongrass, add 4-5 slice ginger, add mint leaves and gently mix it and boil it.
– when tea propely boiled, turn off gas flame then after one minute add jaggery as per test.
– Energitic tea is ready.

Tips:
– Do not add ginger, lemon grass, mint leaves and tulsi leaves. It is chance to skim the tea. after adding the milk, boil it till emerge the tea then after add ginger, lemongrass, mint leaves and Tulsi leaves.
– Do not add jaggery during boiling the tea. It is chance to skim the tea. Before adding the jaggery, turn off the gas flame and cool it for one minute then after add jaggery.
