My Covid Survival Story :Good Tips to Recover Faster!

My Covid Symptoms ; Severe Body Aches for 1.5 weeks, Diarrehea, low grade fever for only couple of days. lingering cough for weeks
Treatment. I use old fashion vicks Vaporub inhalation ,every 2 hours while i was awake.
2. Practise breathing excercise often.
3. Drink warm Turmeric water often. Turmeric is natural antibiotic which helps to fight infection.
4. I sleep on Prone position which means stomach down & back up. Since the lungs located in the back it helps to Re expand my lungs & improve the oxygenation.
5. I put hot water bag to ease my body aches.
6. At night I drink over the counter Nyquil to clear my lungs & fall asleep.
7. During the Day do plenty of breathing exercise walk around your room, which helps to keep the lungs active.
