Tips for COVID-19 prevention at the workplace
1. Check body temperature when entering office buildings
2. Avoid Crowded lift as far as possible. Wear a mask
3. Dispose of paper tissue after use in a closed waste bin.
4. Do not touch your face. Wash your hands regularly.
5. Donβt shake hands. Use Indian Namaskaram instead.
6. Since the Coronavirus might survive several hours in the air, regularly open windows to let fresh air in.
7. Regularly clean the screens on your cell phone, desktop, laptop, keyboard, and mouse.
8. Keep and maintain social distancing from your co-workers. Keep away from at least 1-2 meters.
9. Avoid sharing foods and snacks.
10. Eat healthily. Keep hydrated.
11. Avoid using any public crowd transportation during emergency hours.
12. Keeps your immune system ready to fight the virus.
13. If you sneeze or cough, use the crook of your arm or a paper tissue/handkerchief.
14. Before going home at the end of the shift: place the pen, and office notes, after cleaning them with alcohol 70%. Leave them in the office if possible.
15. If you start feeling unwell consult your doctor immediately.
