Taking into mind all the health benefits of guava I am sharing a very different sandwich spread recipe which is healthy as well as tasty. This spread is very easy to make and can be stored in fridge for about a week. This spread can be prepared with very few and easily available ingredients.

Guava 2
Bread slices
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Roughly chopped onions 1
Green chillies 4 to 5
Roasted groundnuts 2 tbsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Chat masala 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Black salt 1/4 tsp
Sesame seeds 1 tsp
Kalongi 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil as required
