Immunity Booster – Homemade Golden Ayurveda Milk
Recipe
Ingredients :
1 cup Milk
2 small Cinnamon Sticks
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 full tsp grated Ginger
1 tsp Honey
Method
Mix all the above ingredients, and bring it to a boil and strain.
Drink while hot.
