3 immune boosting tips in the era of Covid 19

In this video, Dr. Buckley’s wife discusses Dr. Buckley’s top 3 immune boosting tips in the era of COVID-19 that every non-institutionalized American can start implementing today!

Tip 1: GET ENOUGH SLEEP!
– aim for at least 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep per night and nap during the day if needed
– dim your indoor lights at the same time that the sun sets, switch to indirect lighting
– limit screen time or invest in a good pair of blue-light blocking glasses

Tip 2: GET ENOUGH EXERCISE
– go outside
– exercise everyday
– aim for moderately intense aerobic exercise
– vary your exercise activities daily (don’t get stuck doing the same workout everyday)

Tip 3: OPTIMIZE YOUR VITAMIN D3 LEVELS
– sun bath 15 min on each side with as much skin exposure and don’t shower for at least 24 hours (repeat at least 3x/ week)
– eat foods high in D3 such as wild-caught fatty-fish like sardines, Cod, Salmon and my personal favorite, fermented cod-liver oil
– pastured- pork (pork roaming the fields out under the sun eating it’s biologically appropriate diet and free from hormones and all that nasty stuff factory farmed pork is pumped full of)
– and/or locate a wholistic-minded integrative physician who can help you optimize your vitamin D3 levels through supplementation
