A couple years back my wifes doctor recommended she start taking Vitamin D3. We went to our local health food store and the clerk recommended Carlsons. So, we bought a bottle of the 5,000 IU and she started taking it.

Moreover, I tend to feel a bit depressed at times during the depths of winter. So, I decided to see what would happen if I took Vitamin D3. I was pleasantly surprised that my mood during the depths of winter remained positive once I started taking it.
I like the Carlson brand because it is reasonably price but still of high quality.
Vit. D-3 is a great anti-carcinogenic and necessary for hormonal balance. This is a quality product and exceptionally easy to swallow.
I love their product! I don’t think I will ever use a different company.
The products this lab puts out are AIP safe, and that is very hard to find. They are fantastic about answering questions and the product is quality. We use quite a few if their products and never disappointed
My vein doctor who is a cardiac surgeon and has educated all the doctors in our health system about the benefits of vitamin D. She says the vit D brands are not all created equal and some do not help elevate your Vit D levels.
She recommends this brand as being effective.

My body has a very low Vitamin D level. I went to the doctor a few years ago to address twitches that were becoming constant. All over, especially in my legs.
That could be caused by a number of things – some of which are definitely not good. After five vials of blood, Vitamin D deficiency became the main suspect.
I started taking D3 and the problem went away promptly. I now swear by D3 and Carlson is my brand. Im very happy with it. No twitches and normal Vitamin D in my blood tests.

My doctor wanted me to take Vitamin D so I chose this particular brand because it was affordable and had good reviews. I have definitely noticed a difference since starting it a few weeks ago!
This is the first summer I havent been desperate to be out in the sun all the time (even though Im very fair-skinned and suffer with too much sun). Ive had an increase in energy and just feel better overall.
