This is a simple recipe about making an interesting protein laddu. Below are the ingredients required
– Cashew
– Almonds
– Oats
– Chia seeds
– Flax seeds
– Peanuts
– Walnuts
– Sugar
– White Chocolate
– Honey
All the above mentioned ingredients need to be roasted and blended after mixed with some water,olive oil and sugar.
Once the mixture is ready , water and honey needs to be to make the mixture consistent. Consistent mixture needs to be transformed into our desired shape which in our case is a round laddoo.
This is best served chilled.
