Immunity Booster Powder

Ingredients

Fennel seeds – 4tsp
Black pepper corn – 1tsp
Green cardamom – 1tsp
Carom seeds – 3tsp
Dry Ginger – Ginger powder-1tsp
Almonds – 100 gms
Flaxseeds – 3 tsp
Jaggery – 30 gms or brown sugar 3tsp

Method

Roast all the ingredients on a low flame, one by one. Once done let cool all the roasted spices and grind them together.
And your Immunity booster Powder ready, Store it in a clean airtight glass container.

Dosage:

You can have 1tsp of it every day with warm milk in the morning.

You can also add 1 tsp of this powder to 1 tsp of ghee (heated) or Honey and consume it every day in the morning. Kids and adults alike can have this.

Black pepper corn are anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-bacterial and fever reducing actions but immune system enhancing properties as well.

Carom seeds are also packed with antibacterial properties that help shield you against the seasonal infections.
