We always reminding ourself to eat healthy and clean food . Are we doing same most of the time ?
Specially when evenings getting started with low energy and need tea shots that time.

That’s the time body need high end nutrients because stocks gets over and we have to refill it. But what we pushing inside body is simplest sugar and there we start getting energy for the time. Actually our brain get some shots to keep body active.
We have to fuel muscles and bones to work efficiently till 10 pm. Our organs need the boost to digest food really well .
What we have to ingest that’s proteins, calcium, vitamin A, D, E, K.
