Chyawanprash is prepared as per the instructions suggested in Ayurvedic texts. Chyavanprash is widely sold and consumed in India as a dietary supplement. You can make this at home by adding any available Indian Herb like triphala, etc. All the ingredients I have added are usually available at home. Gooseberry (Avla) is packed with Vitamin C and it is good for your immunity too..!!
