Winter can often be a difficult time for our mental wellbeing and this is even more so as we are all coping with the implications of Covid-19 and its impact on our daily lives, plans, and usual ways of coping to look after our mental health. How do you feel about this time of year and how are you coping?
I often get winter blues and symptoms of seasonal affective disorder such as depression and anxiety.
