4 Essential Vitamins: I have had many questions on Vitamins and Supplements.
Here is my list of go-to vitamins :
– Daily Multivitamin: Taking a daily multivitamin supplement has many benefits: boost immunity and can help to fill the gaps in your diet. In theory, your diet should give you the nutrients you need but if not it can help your body get that extra boost. I like a multivitamin more than taking minerals separately in high doses because it could cause side effects if a certain vitamin is taken in excess.
-Vitamin D3: Most natural form of Vitamin D because when the sun encounters the skin then humans synthesize Vitamin D3. It plays many critical roles: it can decrease pain, supports healthy bones, and there have been numerous studies looking at Vimtain D levels with lowering cancer risk.
-Omega 3s: can improve risk factors for heart health, decrease metabolic syndrome, and possibly even help with mood.
– Turmeric : natural anti-inflammatory with anti-oxidant properties.
