#Cauliflower is an incredibly nutritious cruciferous vegetable. Low calorie, high nutrient and contains a variety of vitamin, minerals and antioxidants that our body needs.
Here is an overview of the nutrients found in 1 cup, or grams, of raw cauliflower.
• Calories 25
•Fiber 3 grams
•Vitamins K 20%
•Vitamin B6 11%
•Folate 14%
•Pantothenic acid 7%
•Potassium 9%
•Manganese 8%
•Preparation:
#Boil water and add salt. After Boiling put the cauliflower and let it cook for 10minutes. And after 10 minutes drain using the colander.
#Chop a whole cloves of garlic and then Roast the garlic with Olive oil.
#Mix the roasted garlic with the cauliflower and sprinkle the black pepper on top.
#Ready to serve
