Vitamin D is a Fat-Soluble Vitamin. It helps the body to absorb calcium and phosphorus i.e. stored in the body(fatty tissue). It has two main forms that are vitamin D2 and vitamin D3. Vitamin D is used to treat and prevent bones disorder. It is made when the skin is exposed to sunlight.
