At 30 years old, Im not exactly in the target audience for these vitamins. BUT, Im terrible about regularly taking my vitamins because I hate swallowing giant horse pills.
My toddler happily takes HIS chewable vitamin, so I figured I would try doing the same. And its honestly a lot easier to remember to take because I enjoy the taste, and so look forward to it a bit.
The taste isnt amazing and to die for, and took a bit of adjusting to. But its rather pleasant. Maybe a combination of a delicious citrus candy combined with Tums….lol.

I like them better than my husband does. The pills themselves are HUGE, but theyre chewable, so that doesnt really matter. Be aware that this formulation has no iron; if you need some in your diet (e.g.
most women before menopause), youll want to find a separate supplement for that. The pro with having no iron is I dont have to worry about it tasting awful or upsetting my stomach.

It’s been a while since I stopped taking vitamins because I got choked and couldn’t swallow the giant pills no matter what brand. But this Centrum I love it, they are big alright but they are chewable and taste great for me!
Centrum is one of the leading brands out there that you can trust to have good ingredients and results. Although I take many vitamins, this one I fell most confident taking.
The Only issue I have, is the size of the vitamin. Makes it a drop difficult for me to swallow. I dont see any side effects that other people like to mention.

Awesome product, with no stomach upset when taken with food, and no burping up nasty aftertastes like with other multivitamins I’ve tried. I will definitely buy these again!
Doctor recommended me to take vitamins and specifically vitamin D daily. I tried few other brands – some I had to take 2-3 times a day, others were too big.
This one tablet a day and small size is perfect for my needs and taste. No bloating feeling after taking these vitamins. I have made it part of my daily routine and since taking these tablets noticing my immunity against cold, flu, fever is improved.
Supplements are only effective if they are assimilated before they get to large intestines. Studies I researched state these are absorbed and assimilated in the small intestine. That makes them effective and the price makes them affordable.
This chewable multivitamin is definitely palatable, and for someone who is on Coumadin (a blood thinner) and has a problem with getting down anything larger than the very smallest capsule made, they are perfect.
