RDA’s
B1 – Thiamine – 1.1mg women, 1.4mg pregnant, 1.5mg breastfeeding. 1.2mg men 14+
B2 – Riboflavin – 1.3mg men, 1.1mg women, pregnant 1.4mg, breastfeeding 1.6mg
B3 – Niacin / No-Flush Niacin / Niacinimide – 14mg women 14+, 16mg men 14+
B5 – Pantothenic Acid – 5mg all 14+
B6 – Pyridoxine – 1.3mg all up to 50, 2mg pregnant/breastfeeding
B7 – Biotin – 30mcg 18+, 35mcg breastfeeding
B9 – Folic Acid / Folate – 400mcg 18+, 500mcg breastfeeding, 600mcg pregnant. Generally 1000mcg max.

B12 – Cobalamin – 2.4mcg all 18+, 2.6 – 2.8mcg pregnant/breastfeeding
