this is part 2 of the video on how to maintain youthful looking skin.

lifestyle internal factors are equally if not more important in maintaining youthful looking skin.
What should you do to to change your lifestyle ?

1)sleep well
Adequate sleep is essential as it gives the skin the opportunity to repair itself from damage and inflammation. Lack of sleep causes water loss in the skin, and causes the skin to become thinner.
This can result in the skin looking loose and wrinkled.

2) Adequate exercise
Exercise is essential to maintain a healthy and glowing skin.
Physical activity helps to increase the blood circulation in the body and to the skin
Blood is essential in carrying oxygen and other nutrients to the skin and also responsible in carrying free radicals and toxic waste away.
Exercise also helps in stress reduction, which in turn helps to keep in check certain skin conditions that are aggravated through stressful situations such as acne or eczema.

3) Eating right
Fatty fish such as salmon and mackerel are rich in omega-3 fatty acids which helps to keep skin moisturised and supple. It reduces skin inflammation and can be beneficial for acne sufferers. It is also rich in Vitamin E and zinc , which are potent antioxidants and encourage skin cell renewal.
Avocados are Rich in healthy fats that are vital in keeping the skin supple and moisturized. It also contains compounds that protect the skin from UV damage. They are also Rich in Vitamins C & E, which have anti-oxidative effects that protect the skin from free radicals.
Sweet Potatoes and Carrots are Rich in Beta Carotene that can act as natural sunblock to protect the skin from damage from sun exposure.
Broccoli and soy are Rich in minerals and vitamins such as zinc, Vitamin A and C which are all essential in maintaining skin health. It also contains Lutein, which is a carotenoid that helps protect the skin from Sun exposure damage. Sulforaphane present in the broccoli florets helps to also protect skin cell damage from UV light exposure.
Green Tea is Rich in an antioxidant called catechins that can help the protect the skin against free radical damage and also cited to improve the overall condition of the skin, making it more moisturised and elastic

4) Avoiding bad habits
Both of these unhealthy activities, when engaged excessively can make the skin look aged and wrinkled. This is because they dry out to the skin, cause the development of premature wrinkles.
