So nice to have a compact vitamin that meets bariatric requirements.
The day I started taking these, I felt with great energy. Definitely will buy again.
I had the gastric bypass surgery. I need to take specific supplements. This meets my nutrition requirements but its cheaper the “Bariatric Advantage” supplements. My iron level has gone up I may be able to donate blood soon.
They are easy to swallow and don’t have any bad taste. It says for Bariatic patients. I think there are better more absorbing multi vitamins out there.

The Vitamins are fine and easy to swallow but $27.99 is a bit expensive for the amount. I may try another brand next time, but this is my second order.
The only problem is they are tooo big to swallow being a bariatric Patient
I have taken these for over a year. Best value of any bariatric vitamin.
I am taking these after having sleeve surgery. I like that I only need to take 1 capsule a day. There is no flavor or after taste and they don’t upset my stomach.
