Skin discipline takes more than just omega-3 supplements. A diet low in dairy & sugar is key to keeping acne at bay and making sure out gut microbiome is healthy.
We think it could help some people and it’s worth a try. However, it is quite expensive and results may only start to be seen at the 3 month mark.
