That’s why, after some research I found this great recipe from Tasty that I just HAD to try.
Even though this is a great recipe to use as we are entering into Winter, this is a great year round recipe to keep you healthy and happy!
If you love ginger and oranges, you are in luck! This refreshing Ginger & Orange smoothie is packed with tons of amazing immune boosting vitamins and antioxidants, you can’t go wrong giving this smoothie a go!
Prep time: 5 Min
|| Ingredients ||
✧ 2 Oranges, peeled and cut into blocks
✦ 1 Frozen banana
✧ 1 Carrot peeled and grated
✦ 1 Tsp fresh ginger, peeled and miced
✧ 1 Tbsp Honey
✦ 1/4 Cup plain yogurt
✧ 1 1/2 Cups ice
✦ A pinch of salt to taste

✦ Quick and easy method to making a delicious smoothie
✦ Place all the above ingredients into a blender, and blend on high for about
2 to 3 minutes. Smoothie consistency should be smooth and creamy.
