all the ingredients included are:
oats- high in protein, rich in antioxidants, and can improve blood sugar levels.
blueberries – high in antioxidants, high in potassium and vitamin c.
oat milk- high in calcium and vitamin B12
milled flax seed – high in omega 3, high in fibre, and reduces high cholesterol
banana – high in vitamin b6, and strengthens nervous system
and as the topping I used peanut butter.
Doesn’t take long to make so it’s a win win, easy to make, easy to cook, and easy to eat, and it’s all full of the daily nutrition your body needs.
