Supplements We Take to Stay Healthy || Vitamins & Minerals for Kids & Moms

Diet is the *most* important factor in staying healthy. BUT, we do occasionally supplement our diet with various vitamins, minerals, and herbs. Here’s exactly what I take, and what I give my kids, in each season. I prefer to target specific nutrients that we may be lacking in based on the time of year, rather than giving a daily multi-vitamin all year long.
