What are the four quadrants of wellness with Dr Michelle Robin

Wellness might seem like an elusive topic with so many varying opinions on what wellness encompasses. Some healthcare practitioners study it for years and bring us great knowledge and wisdom about what they have discovered.

This past weekend for the Weekend Wellness Hour show, I interviewed Dr. Michelle Robin who has spent almost 3 decades in the health and wellness arena. Dr. Robin started in chiropractic after experiencing significant health changes from her own chiropractic and has since branched into the study of wellness.

We discuss her definition of the four quadrants of wellness: mechanical, chemical, psychospiritual, and energetic. She dives into each to describe how we can improve our lives in each of these areas.

We talk about her top tips for a healthy life that she also details in her book, Wellness on a Shoestring: Seven Habits for a Healthy Life®. She is also the author of The E Factor: Engage, Energize, Enrich – 3 Steps to Vibrant Health®, The Wellness on a Shoestring® Program, and co-author of Succeeding In Spite of Everything.

Her talents continue as Dr. Robin is an international speaker, best-selling author, podcast host and practicing chiropractor. She founded Your Wellness Connection, P.A., one of the nation’s most successful integrative healing centers focusing on disciplines such as chiropractic, Chinese medicine, massage therapy, energy medicine, counseling, nutritional and wellness coaching, and movement arts.
