Home training for fighting COVID-19 Simple daily drill for boosting immune system

I have designed a daily training drill for everyone to fight COVID-19. This drill is simple but effective for revitalising our body, enabling us to survive and recovery from the coronavirus. I believe simple is strong. There are great wisdom from the ancient training. Qigong, kungfu, yoga, whatever you are practicing, they are all treasures. We just need to find the right way to understand and utilise it. I am fond of qigong and kungfu and have spent years of effort on these invaluable techniques. I think it’s about time to put all I have learned in good use and share it to the world. I really hope you will empty your cup. Try to learn and understand before making judgement.
