If you lack Vitamin D, you can develop a condition called rickets in children and osteomalacia in adults. You are also at risk of developing osteoporosis if you lack Vitamin D.

1. Chronic Fatigue

You can take in Vitamin D naturally from milk, seafood, liver or from fishes like salmon or sardines or you can supplement with Vitamin D. Look for Vitamin D3 if who opt to supplement since this has been shown to be 2x more potent than Vitamin D2. Drink it together with your breakfast and dont take it in the evening since it can affect your sleep.You can also get it from sunlight, 5-30 minutes, and dont wear your sunscreen while doing so since SPF 30 lotion can already block off 95% of your Vitamin D synthesis.
