Vitamin-C is being extensively overused in the COVID19 pandemic.
But too much of a good thing can also be bad. It is a water soluble vitamin, but even body has its limits to remove the excess through urine

Recommended daily allowance of vitamin-C is 90mg/day in men and 75mg/day in women
When vitamin-C is taken through natural food items, over dosage never occurs

Vitamin-C intoxications happens with high dose vitamin-C supplements
Daily intake more than 2000mg will always lead to intoxications

Vitamin-C overdose can lead to increased risks of renal stones, iron overload in the body and symptoms like diarrhea, nausea and vomiting
