Immune Health & Supplementation for the Winter Season

Adults:

*As with any supplements check with your MHP or Pharmacist for any interactions with your prescription medications, health care issues/disease processes or other supplements.*

1) Vitamin C: 1000-2000 mg’s four times a day (to bowel tolerance). Can take with meals & snack/bedtime.
2) Vitamin E: 1000 IU once daily.
3) Vitamin D3: 5000 IU once daily.
4) Magnesium: 100-200 mg’s four times a day. Can take with meals & at snack/bedtime.
5) Zinc: 25-50 mg’s once a day with food.
