1. EAT BEFORE THE SUNSET:
Best tip to reduce weight and lose fat faster. Do not have any meal after the sun sets. i try to take my dinner before 8 pm max. In our Hindu religion as well as in Ayurveda it is believed that FASTING is the best medicine!! So make sure to try intermittent fasting for fat loss!

2. FASTED CARDIO:
First thing to do just after waking up is go out of your house and walk out for 15 minutes and walk back in for 15 minutes. This will help you burn fat when you are already in a state of glycogen deficit. This will definitely help you burn fat faster!! By following just the first 2 tips, you will become a FAT BURNING MACHINE, a FAT BURNING FURNACE!!
Any kind of cardio will work :- walking, jumping, dancing, jogging, cycling, yoga etc.

3. HIGH PROTEIN DIET:
protein is the best source to increase muscle mass and keep you full.
Compare how you feel just after a 350 kcal chocolate compared to a 350 kcal PROTEIN rich meal!?
Protein has more satiety value as compared to carbohydrates and fats.
