Honestly, I realize this might not be THE best tasting protein powder out there but the chocolate creme is quite tasty and when mixed in a thick milkshake, yogurt, or whatever have you it tastes freaking fantastic.
I recommend the chocolate creme over the vanilla creme for the fact that most people will probably find the chocolate to be easier to get along with as far as taste goes.
The fact that it is a wheat protein and not whey makes it easy nice for your GI tract since it is easier to digest (digestive enzymes are also included which is a plus) and will not give you as much bloating or make you “gassy”.
To those that cannot handle lactose, are vegan, or simply are looking for the most isolated protein with as little carbs, complex or simple (sugar), as possible and containing no fat Id say this is the best product out there.
It is also not a soy protein, which a lot of people have an unreasonable fear of, making it another great alternative.
The only downsides I see to this protein isolate is that it isnt the greatest tasting (think Myofusion strawberry blended with milk and real strawberries if you want to know what great taste is) and it doesnt mix super well either (if you let it sit it turns very gummy as well).
