Eat lots of fruits and vegetables – but don’t eat fruits they’re high in sugar

And go low carb – but at the same time don’t be afraid of cards – while being keto

Fiber helps digestion – but maybe it hurts digestion also.

Milk makes your bones stronger – while increasing bone atrophy.

Everyone should take a vitamin D supplement – but you should be in the sun more because vitamin D supplements don’t work.

Eat fat you get fat – but sugar is the real problem – likewise protein overrated.
