Fibromyalgia is a chronic pain condition that is linked with stress, and symptoms can be eased through looking at what you eat. Nutrition is key to overcoming this illness! An anti-inflammatory diet is important, along with the right kind of vitamins and minerals makes such a difference. I share in this video the supplements I am now taking instead of the medicine I was advised to take by pain consultants an my GP. The same things I used before that helped me overcome the pain and fatigue for over 8 years til now. And so I feel motivated to share what I am doing, to help others who might be experiencing the same thing and struggling, not getting any answers.
